Within 24 hours of receiving your loan file: Each file has a completed 1003 input into our systems from your handwritten 1003 or application. All verifications of Employment, Deposit , Rent or Mortgage are sent out. All titlework is ordered on your behalf. An appraisal is ordered on your behalf. Payoff's may be ordered depending on title company policies. A status report is sent to your email address for your review. Files are imported or sent to the lender of your choice
Beginning on Day Two: Our processor will email the loan officer a list of needed documentation.We following up with the underwriter to make sure the file is being underwritten. All terms and interest rate must be approved by the loan officer and confirmation will be emailed We will coordinate with the closing agent to get payoff's and evidence of insurance. We review the settlement statement prior to closing. The closing date and time will be coordinated with the closing agent and loan officer We will lock the loan ONLY after loan officer has approved the rate and YSP.
